30-Day Implementation Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and utility of our Products. If you purchase any Operator OS product and find it doesn't work as described, we'll make it right.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the Product does not function as described, files are corrupted, or the Product is substantially different from what was advertised.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@operatoros.com with your order number or email address and a brief explanation of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Upon approval, refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe. The refund may take 5-10 business days to appear. Upon refund, your product access will be revoked.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, not reading the product description before purchase, or requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
