By accessing or using Operator OS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Operator OS provides digital templates, spreadsheets, documents, and operational tools ("Products") for real estate investors, short-term rental operators, and construction professionals. Products are delivered electronically upon purchase.
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payments are processed through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with access to your purchased Products.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Products for your personal or business operations. You may use Products across multiple properties you own or manage. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense Products.
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Products are operational tools for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Contract templates should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operator OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Products.
We offer a 30-day refund policy as described in our separate Refund Policy document.
